With more than 20 years of international experience in Western Balkan, EU, Africa, and the Middle East, Adnan Mededovic is an experienced executive manager and management consultant. During his career, he worked as a consultant, project manager, and executive manager for IFC, KEARNEY, IPSA INSTITUT, and commercial Banks. During professional career he has built his expertise in areas of Business Strategy Development, Organization Restructuring and Change Management, Investment Management, Financial Assessment and Business Valuation, Project Management, Risk Management and Business Development. He worked in various sectors and on complex project finance deals, development of feasibility studies for large infrastructure projects, post-merger integration projects as well as on equity financing projects. Some of the most important projects where he was engaged includes Smart City project for one of the largest cities in Europe where he was responsible for overall strategy, project concept, selection of suitable solutions and preparation of the feasibility study, large regional telecommunication project in West Africa, large real estate investment in Western Balkan. He has been engaged as a strategist, investment manager or project manager in several investment projects with total value over EUR 2.5 billion.
