Adrian is an award winning Programme Leadership professional and ex big 4 consulting senior with 25+ years international experience in Business Change and Transformation Programmes within Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing and National Government. He has executive level international consulting experience having led bid teams and client side engagements with both Deloitte in Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Dubai and KPMG in Saudi Arabia. A proven delivery record and experience in strategy design, programme establishment and the day to day management of programmes and corporate PMOs. Demonstrable success in leading diverse high-performing integration and transformation teams requiring multi-vendor management and senior stakeholder communications. Extensive programme and project planning experience using MS Project, Primavera and JIRA in both waterfall and Agile Project Management methodologies.
