Bio Summary

My core experiences have been in public sector consulting involving Central governments, State governments, multilateral institutions, and international foundations. This has been in India, Middle east, Southeast Asia and Africa.

A significant part of advising governments has been on how to involve private sector in developing infrastructure. In such projects, I have supported governments on right policy, right project structuring, appropriate incentives etc. 

Beyond infrastructure, I have been involved in social impact advisory involving the agriculture and health sector. This meant defining and implementing government priorities for agriculture and the health ecosystem in India, including impact investment funds.
