I am a co-founder of Navital Global, a global community of management consulting professionals (current and former, full-time and freelance) that aims to be the most effective and impactful career development platform globally for professionals who have a background in management consulting. Prior to co-founding Navital, I also co-founded Makeen Advisors (a MENA focused network of independent consulting professionals: www.makeenadvisors.com), the Qimam Fellowship (a fellowship that aims to identify and empower the most distinguished university students in KSA, in partnership with McKinsey & Company, and 40 other national and international organizations: www.qimam.com), Namshi (a leading Middle East online fashion retailer: www.namshi.com), and the Middle East chapter of e-commerce company Rocket Internet.

I got introduced to the consulting industry by working as an Engagement Manager with McKinsey & Company in the Middle East. While I am currently primarily focused on building Navital, I do from time to time deliver training programs on core management consulting skills (e.g., problem solving and communication), as well as consulting services on how to build and design leadership development programs (such as the Qimam Fellowship).
