In the last 2 decades and more, I have acquired vast credentials, experiences and expertise in the APAC & EMEA markets in a wide variety of sectors i.e. Big 4 Consulting, Automotive, Engineering, Manufacturing, Outsourcing, Professional Services, IT Services, Facility Management & Services, Retail (Fashion), Retail (Home), Retail (FMCG), F&B, Board Advisory & Consulting.

Other than being a Career Senior Global Business Leader, I am an Author, YouTuber, Board Advisor, Consultant, Executive Coach & Mentor and a Certified Board Director. I have worked in various capacities with Global & Regional MNCs like EY, SKF, COMAU, RSB, ISS A/S, BMA, ATHENA & BinDawood Holding.

Till December 2024 end, I was engaged in the dual Capacity of a Strategic Board Advisor & as the CHRO for the large Family Office of BinDawood Holding. As a part of my role, I was working closely with the Board, reporting to the Chairman and CEO.

I was deeply involved in agendas around Setting up of Global Shared Services, Change Management, Post M&A interventions, Talent Management, Leadership Development of the new and existing CXOs and Directors in the group, Several new OD initiatives, Restructuring of the new and old businesses, Coaching of the extended Senior Leadership, Directors and the Heads of Operations & Several Functions in all the regions and the acquired businesses in different countries.

In my career journey till date, while I have travelled to, lived and/ or stayed for work across several European, Asia Pacific & Middle Eastern Countries. As of today, I live in DUBAI, UAE and I am open to relocate anywhere as well, if required. I am also open to a Full Time Business Leadership Role or a Consulting/ Advisory Role(s) as well.
