Çağrı is a highly experienced management consultant, having worked at prestigious companies in the Middle East for a long time. He has worked at strategy practices of international companies Strategy& (formerly Booz&Co.), Peppers&Rogers Group and OC&C Strategy Consultants. His expertise areas include but not limited to are customer experience management, customer value management and loyalty programs, customer-centric strategy and transformation, and commercial due diligence. During his career, he has been involved in numerous successful engagements with prestigious companies in the Middle East region, primarily in telecommunications and retail industries. His client list include several prestigious companies in the region, some of them are Türk Telekom, Zain, du, GASCO, adidas, MediaMarkt, Actera Group, Venture Capital Bank, Boyner Group, Doğuş Group. His engagements has enabled those clients to launch new business with major success, achieve significant incremental revenues after implementation of the designed strategies or successfully completed deals. He’s been responsible from project delivery and management of his teams, as well as new business development activities in his expertise areas. He is a self-motivated individual with proven ability to work with all levels within an organization.
