• Participate in public and private sector projects covering various industries (i.e. financial institutions, logistics and transportation, real estate, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, oil & gas and FMCG) and in multiple countries (i.e., Dubai, Abu Dhabi, KSA, Kuwait).
• Develop and implement Culture & Change strategies and design HR strategies, policies and procedures, operating models, organization structures and workforce planning with a focus on creating synergies.
• Conduct buy-side finance and HR due diligence incorporating cost analysis studies, organizational design structures and rewards for Mergers & Acquisition projects across the banking sector.
• Develop multiple job descriptions and job evaluations for diverse industries and deliver on-going job description training.
• Identify trends, collate, distribute industry research/analysis and create industry benchmark reports covering pricing, market value, key players, and organization design.
• Conduct Employee Value Proposition workshops and develop report upon to contribute to the development of a change management strategy.
