I’m an accomplished business leader, people developer, and organizational culture builder with two decades of experience. I thrive in imaginative, entrepreneurial organizations on the brink of professionalization where I can apply my unique mix of strategy and business consulting, leadership, mentoring, and coaching skills.

My career experience includes:

- 6 years top management experience with BCG, focusing on human capital development

- 4 years with a GCC university, building their medical college and supporting overall strategy

- 2 years with a boutique consultancy, leading the HE and TVET practice

- 2 years with a major Saudi foundation, supporting the full programs portfolio

- 6 years in different HE strategy and research roles

I like working with a diverse range of smart, creative people from millennials to senior industry experts who share an ambition for growing the business, continuously developing themselves and others, and building an attractive high-performing workplace. Armed with a PhD in education economics, I have worked and lived in 7 countries with a particular passion for education, healthcare, and public sector reform.
