Edward is the Founder and Managing Director of Landmark Management Partner “LMP”, a consulting and training firm whose mission is to support organizations to grow and realize their potential. LMP provides services in areas of Strategy, Marketing, Sales and Profit Maximization, Business Development, Sales Force Effectiveness, Training and Development, Talent Development, Experiential Training, and Patients Support Programs. In his current role, he developed and supported the implementation of strategic plans for various companies in Egypt. He also delivered training and development programs for both organizations and individuals in both pharma and non-pharma fields. Before launching LMP, Edward worked for Novartis, a leading WW pharma company, for 34 years. He gained experience in areas of Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Strategic Planning. His latest position was Head of Strategic planning and Marketing and Sales Operations, where he led the functions of FF Training, Sales Force Effectiveness, Patient Oriented Programs, Marketing Research, Digitalization, and Events Management. He also prepared strategic plans for Novartis based on comprehensive review of the relevant external and internal environmental factors and led –along with cross-functional teams- the development and implementation of key strategic projects for Novartis. Edward holds a bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, with honor, from Cairo University in 1981. He got his MBA from the Arab Academy of Science, Technology, and Maritime Transport in 2003 and Doctorate of Business Administration (equivalent to PhD) from the SMC University, Switzerland, in 2012.
