During my 4 years as a consultant I've particularly enjoyed getting into the minds of customers and understanding what they want and their pain points, and translating these insights into an actionable strategy (considering market dynamics/ competitive landscape). This has included running focus groups, conducting in depth interviews, analysing large data sets and conducting competitive benchmarking.
