Fernando is passionate about applying behavioral insights to maximize impact and effectiveness in economic development. He is a senior economist with 15 years of experience in strategy, management consulting, government advisory, and competitiveness. Among others, he worked with international agencies like USAID and KOICA and with Tony Blair's team implementing Delivery units and designing country strategies at high-level government offices and as part of multilateral development banks like IADB. He worked in more than 40 countries in Africa, Asia, Eastern Europe, and Latin America. He holds a Master in Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School of Government, a Master of Business Administration from the School of Economy of Valparaiso University, and a BA in Economics from the University of Cuyo.
