Greta started her full-time career as a Future Leaders Associate at GlaxoSmithKline (GSK), working in product management, marketing, process set-up & optimization across Scandinavia and Baltics, and gaining global recognition for her work in multi-channel selling. Learning how to implement change and act as an owner with much fewer resources, she digitized sales and diversified strategy for her family business - the largest real estate developer in Western Lithuania. Greta honed her strategic and analytical skills as a Consultant at Bain & Company.
Currently, she is sharing her knowledge in strategy, growth operations and finance as a freelance advisor, with her latest engagement being with Astanor Ventures, the largest impact fund in Europe focused on AgTech and FoodTech.
