Hi I would like to introduce myself for the subject position. I bring with myself a diverse 11 years of work experience with exposure to several distinct roles in finance, advisory, accounting and audit across varied industries. My overall career encompasses 7.5 years of post-certification experience, covering local and international exposure, complemented by an in-depth 3.5 years of audit and accountancy training at KPMG. Qualifications: Qualified Chartered Accountant from ICAEW-UK (2020) and ICAP-Pakistan (2014), a Qualified Chartered Management Accountant from CIMA-UK (2016). Have also passed CFA Level 1 (2018). Post Qualification Experience snapshot: Ø Advised a multi-award winning Dubai-based primary healthcare start-up with 60 facilities in identifying key FP&A models and applying critical tools to ensure robust & transparent reporting. Ø Earlier, worked as a Group Manager Finance & Accounts in a leading solar SME in UAE for almost 2 years. This is where I got a chance to actively manage corporate finance and working capital, interacted with banks and financial institutions for short and long term capital restructuring and acted as SPOC for existing and prospective investor on M&A deals. Ø From mid-2017 till end-2018, worked on short term advisory / consulting roles, helping diverse business setups (ranging from small to large sized business) in corporate and commercial finance. Ø Prior to that, I was engaged in Transaction / M&A Advisory at KPMG (Pakistan) for a year as a due diligence specialist and in Credit Rating at IIRA (Bahrain) for a year as financial / credit rating analyst. Skill sets: Business Planning, Strategic Finance, Financial Modelling, Post-Merger Integration, Investment Due Diligence, Corporate and Commercial Financial Management, Performance Analysis, Management Reporting, Governance Reporting, Advanced Accounting & Statutory Audits.
