Mr. Cohen is the CEO of CCC, Inc., dba Warrior Martial Arts Academy Franchising, which is one of the fastest-growing Fitness Franchise concepts in Texas. Sold minority share to private equity in 2019.

Prior to his current role, Mr. Cohen was VP of Omni-Channel Strategy, reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer at Rent-A-Center (RAC). RAC is a $3B retailer with 2,700 stores and 20,000 employees. Mr. Cohen managed a $100M P&L and the Omni-Channel strategic plan, supported by eCommerce, Paid and Organic Search, Display Marketing, and social media. Mr. Cohen led cross-functional business/IT implementation teams of over 100 resources globally.

Mr. Cohen was a Strategy & Operations Principal for Capgemini, Deloitte and PWC/IBM for 15 years. He sold, developed and executed Best-In-Class Direct-to-Consumer Strategy, Digital Transformation and Omni-channel roadmaps for some of the world’s largest brands. Trusted business advisor to executives at Chief Executive Officer, President, CFO, CIO, and Chief Strategy Officer levels.
