Bio Summary

I am a Board Advisor and consultant supporting mid-late stage technology businesses as well as corporate ventures and their investors around issues relating to B2B sales & go-to-market, sales leadership, operations and management, as well as leadership, talent, executive search and succession. I help companies tackle issues that are either existential for them or for their future growth prospects and opportunity for value creation.

I have a particular focus on investment into infrastructure, energy, smart cities, industrial, decarbonisation and climate, and new technologies intended to support the ongoing evolution in these areas.

Until March 2022, I was a Partner at True, leading complex, global searches for leadership in Asia Pacific, across Singapore, Vietnam, Malaysia, India, China, Korea, Australia, Japan as well as in the Middle East and Europe. I also Co-Led True’s Enterprise practice internationally (outside North America) as well as growing the APAC business from 2 people to over 25. Overall, I was responsible for a revenue stream of c. $20m.

I have broad experience hiring C-level executives across functions including CEO, Board, CTO, CMO and CRO, and equivalent VP levels. I have experience in both B2C and B2B. I have deep experience in B2B SaaS and enterprise software across verticals including healthcare, marketing, fintech, AI and API based products. I have also hired leadership for leading scaled consumer internet businesses globally.

Until August 2017, I was a Sales Lead at Accenture Digital specialising in Communications, Media & High Tech. I was part of Accenture Mobility's Connected Devices & Embedded software where I was focused on business development and sales for Device & Hardware engineering services, in-market operations and R&D outsourcing. I have run a sales operation delivering over $250m in revenue and played key roles in executing deals ranging from $100k to $50m.
