Initially engaged to review effectiveness of major IT outsource contract with global supplier, that was deemed by CIO as not fit for purpose. Principal activities:
• Review contract
◦ Highlight ambiguous clause and phraseology
◦ Identify operational, business and commercial risks within the contract framework
◦ Prioritise action areas based on severity of impact if the risks were to become issues
◦ Devise an action plan and present for approval by the Board of Directors

◦ Complete reframing of contract
◦ All high priority risks rectified
◦ €2m cash rebate for contract non-compliance and service breaches
◦ End to end service re-design
Network Contracts Transformation Manager
Owned and managed 12 month overhaul of corporate network, having overall ownership of strategy, suppliers and budget of €1.4m
• Define network requirements and strategy
• Identify and liaise with potential suppliers

Transformation Director (TD)
Lead cloud transformation and transition from incumbent IT supplier with propriety data centre to Microsoft Azure Cloud of a scheduled 18 month period (completed in 19 months). Owned budget (€8.6m), governance, reporting and stakeholder management reporting to CIO.
