Prior to forming Ebiar, Malcolm was Chief Commercial Officer for Blue Cross Blue Shield Global/GeoBlue and held numerous Senior Commercial Distribution roles at Global 500 companies that included multicontinental P&L responsibility for Bupa Global as General Manager (interim).

Malcolm’s history of varied “in country” experiences have considerably sharpened his global business skills. He has expertly demonstrated success at controlling costs while growing sales – through site-level budgets that tied controllable expenses to compensation structures.
