Marcos Buelvas is a business executive with 20 years of business, analytics and operations experience. In the last five years, Marcos has consulted with several US based multi-nationals, principally in the Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences Industries, in his core business area, strategy, analytics, regulatory, operations and supply chain management. Marcos also launched a Cold Chain packaging subsidiary of multi-national, Softbox Systems, in LatAm. Marcos subsequently sold it to the parent company, a US Private Equity firm, Great Point Partners. 

Through his extensive experience, Marcos brings the capability to establish new operations as well as manage complex company programs leveraging the power of analytics to take data-centric decisions for business growth, seeking launch readiness, margin improvement, cost cutting and sound capital management.

Marcos has built small startup teams, and also led large company programs at multi-nationals. These diverse experiences make him a flexible and adaptable leader in different business settings. He is capable of quickly establishing business direction, clear objectives, and a plan of action toward achieving short-, medium- and long-term goals.

Marcos has a team of experienced supply chain, sourcing, pricing analytics professionals in India, helping companies in different geographies in to develop and manage a pricing model, documents, analyzing historical data and develop initial framework of questions/ hypothesis, structure and formalization of pricing and others.
