I am a Founding Partner of Triiris Global Advisors, a UK-based strategy consultancy boutique. With over 23 years of experience, I have served as a C-level executive and management consultant within global organisations in some industries, including Consumer & Retail, Education, Financial Services, Aerospace & Defence and Industrial & Manufacturing. I have always worked with a holistic approach combining stakeholder value maximisation and organisational wellbeing; since 2007, I have led many Internationalisation projects via the Commercial & Marketing approach. My core activities include developing and implementing strategic product launches from market research, strategic product planning, branding, product design, technical and financial viability, manufacturing costs optimisation (methods and processes), supply chain analysis, pricing, and product launch.
