Dixon and BoConcept, are focused in lifestyle. Our PRC brands include Tom Dixon as well as for two winter
fashion retail brands, Ski Project and Templa.
Joined as a Maternity cover to the CEO in 3/2016, left 9/2016 to help Garrett with their China market entry,
then offered COO role to re-join in 03/18.

Management/business development
− Partnered with our CEO, I have led +30% growth first throughout Hong Kong's 2019 protests and 2020
COVID. In 2.5 years, we took AusscoLiving from 2 HK shops to a rebranded "A Matter of Design" with 4
HK, 7 PRC permanent or seasonal shops and another 5 PRC pop-ups with partner and landlord teams
at Lane Crawford, Design Shanghai and WF Central Beijing (HK Lands project).
− Scaled a 40 FTE business to over 90 FTEs (25 are part-time) in 2 years; managed each brands' years 1-
2 at breakeven or towards profitability depending on investor/brand principals' investment strategy/cash
position
− Working closely with all our functional heads, lead monthly Tom Dixon PE/investor, Templa/Ski Project
monthly P&L, and aMOD quarterly board reporting
− Lead digital, B2B dealer and F&B partner network, commercials and negotiations; refocused these areas
towards 2020 profitability
Digital/Operations
− Due to Q1-2 2020 COVID impact, identified and approached landlords and other partners to achieve 20-
40% 2020 cost savings.
− Along with our China logistics head, managed HKD1.5 mil in 2020 cost savings by moving our HK
warehouse to Dong Guan
− Working closely with our brand principals' Product Development/Supply Chain/QC teams, as well as our
China Logistics and GM internal stakeholders, PRC compliance, claims and product strategy
− Oversee implementation and modernization of our IT/ERP systems and business processes, including
China Charter of Accounts set-up, bar code implementation, warehouse management system
integrations, Youzan platform and CRM set-up
Investment portfolio/Commercial due diligence
− With our PRC legal partners, CFO and family owners, led PRC WFOE creation for 5 supporting entities
and aMOD brand trademarks
− For both Templa and Ski Project brands, led Year 1 retail and digital market entry, business planning
and commercial due diligence on USD 1M investment to create a new casual wear brand in China.
