I have been in the People & Organization consulting practice for a little more than a quarter of a century, providing consulting service for a variety of clients, industries and functions, leading the PwC Turkey People & Organization practice between 2016-2020. Having started his professional life at PwC Audit services in 1996, I have also had industry experience in retail, digital media, consulting and energy industries outside PwC. Focusing especially on culture, leadership, organization, HR transformation and change management, I have also acted as Alumni Relations Leader between 2011-2015, PwC Europe HR Technology & Transformation Leadership Team member, and PwC EMEA Advisory University head trainer. Over the years I've had vast experience in training; design, development and delivery in the fields of leadership, organizational design & management, talent management and change management. I'm a graduate of Middle East Technical University, International Relations department and an executive coaching practioner of AoEC (Academy of Executive Coaching)

The scope included HR Operating Model, Organisation Design, Process Design for all HR, Corporate Communications and Administrative processes as well as SAP SuccessFactors implementation.
