• As Chief of staff I led a team of nine people to design, develop and test the application for the MedTech company and created a strategic product roadmap.
• The mobile solution was presented in four Scandinavian countries. I participated in the last event in Stockholm 25th of May 2023 to present the solution together with the CIO and CEO of the MedTech company.

I joined Logica as a trainee (new generation) in the Java development team and worked with java- and flex, site vision for content development for both internal and external web pages. I worked mostly with Adobe Livecycle Suite and became very proficient at it. I helped clients such as the Ministry of forigin affairs, Swedish Defence Materiel Administration, the government office, ITT flygt and more to create qualitative and more efficient processes for different types of document- and
case management processes. I then started to become more interested in Enterprise Architecture and how the organisational capabilities as whole were set up for success. I did assignments in that field for the Swedish Police, the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency, the Swedish Maritime Administration and more.. I also became more and more interested in project management and started to take on my own projects that were more oriented towards contracts, requirements and service orientation.
