Global change and transformation lead for a global finance transformation at a Fortune 500 biopharma company. Stood up core change management infrastructure including a change agent network comprising more than 100 change agents across more than 50 countries. The effort was designed to integrate AI, ML, Robotics and Analytics into core Procure to Pay (P2P) contracting, vendor management and monthly accounting and planning processes (FP&A).
