I own more than 14 years of management consulting experience. Currently I am working as a partner at Istanbul-based management consulting firm MK Novo. As a member of the executive team at MK Novo, I have business development, client management, project delivery and team management responsibilities. Before my current role, I have worked at Deloitte Consulting for 8 years and I was leading business transformation services as a Senior Manager by the time I left.

I have provided advisory services to contribute to the growth and efficiency of clients in various industries with different scales from large enterprises, to SME’s and family businesses and even to startups. I have provided consulting services on a wide spectrum consisting of business and growth strategy, international expansion and go-to market strategy, business transformation, commercial and operational excellence, mergers and acquisitions, and change management in technology, e-commerce, fintech, retail, consumer business, manufacturing, services, entertainment and media industries.

These experiences have equipped me with a variety of skills such as rapid understanding and internalization of a new business or industry, strategic thinking, the ability to take a bird's-eye view on business issues, detailed analysis and transforming data into insights, end-to-end business process know-how, leading high-performance teams, C-suite level communication, and change management. I am commonly regarded as an organized, reliable, goal-directed, stress-tolerant macro manager who can manage his emotions, think before acts, and cope with ambiguity on the soft skills side.

I am holding double master’s degrees in both Management and Business Administration, and Mechatronics Engineering and an undergraduate degree in Mechatronics Engineering from Sabancı University in Istanbul.

I have an interest in seed / early-stage technology startups and looking for possible business opportunities either as an investor or as a partner for business development and growth. Currently I have an investment in an UN-supported technology-based platform intended to reduce food waste.
