I currently serve Managing Partner and Head of Consulting with Frontier Partners (FP), an award winning professional services firm providing consulting, transactions, interim management and corporate advisory services to diverse clients across a number of frontier markets within the EMEA region. Moreover, I also take on freelance/ independent consulting roles and interim assignments through 3rd party business partners, including global consultant/ expert networks.

With 23 years of experience in management consulting, investment advisory, entrepreneurship and executive level management, extending across 5 continents, I have led and advised leading global multinationals, governments, family offices, trade associations, SME’s and startups across a number of sectors. My specialisations include strategy creation and implementation, business planning, M&A, valuations, due diligence, value enhancement, operational improvement, organizational design, commercial optimization, transformation and turnaround, partner and program development, product and market expansion, public policy and interim management. I previously served as the Strategy Consulting, Education and the Healthcare and Life Sciences Practice Leader for Deloitte across the ME region. Beyond that, I set up EY Advisory in Iran and served as Country GM for a large Saudi private equity/investments firm. I started my professional career at IBM Canada and later founded a boutique consultancy serving the SME sector in Toronto. Furthermore, I am a guest lecturer at various universities, speaker at international events and forums and contributor to leading publications such as Bloomberg, Economist, Reuters, BBC, MEED, Arabian Business and the National. I also serve as a strategy advisor, mentor and venture partner to various VC's and technology startups and have served C-level interim management roles for various firms such as IQVIA, Neo-Energie and most recently at EonD (global expert network).
