In my current role here at McKinsey the project diversity is across several geographies with heavy focus on project strategy in the development phase and project delivery in the execution phase. My pre-McKinsey background as a High-Rise Specialist in an executive management role for a REIT in USA brings a vision on project delivery that incorporates set up of project delivery model, project organization structure, technical lens to construction matters, as well an entrepreneurial drive to bring to client's new technologies to reshape project delivery. The 41 years of career experiences bring a broad vision to a project's life cycle, always looking to incorporate a fully integrated and collaborative approach to drive project from inception of design thru final certificate of occupancy delivery to end user. Specializing in identifying key issues to existing operations and define specific "from---to" shifts required to overcome obstacles and implement recovery plans thru best global construction practices. • 41 years of Industry experience in developing Project Strategy and Project Delivery models including mega projects in China, India, West Guinea, Nigeria, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, UAE.
• Implementation of Project Performance Management process across several mega Real-Estate developments including 2 years of at deployment in India on 328 residential Highrise projects.
• Project Value Improvement on Master Developments across several geographies including a SMART city project in Pune, India as well several mixed-use projects.
• Implementation of 5D BIM program with a Real Estate developer in Mumbai, India to create an integrated project model with Design, Cost and Schedule.
• Role out of Cluster Strategy analytics in Master Planning projects for major developer in USA.
• Support development of "SMART" technologies for residential assets by creating targeted "mobile apps" for renters to use to improve their living experience.
• Deployment into project settings at various stages of development from "initial concept stage" to "substantially completed" with objective to identify obstacles yet bring suggested solutions to de-risk project delivery.
• Role out DnA for Real Estate Developers to capture and unlock value hidden in the untapped data found within the various departments of the organization.
• Use of new technologies to improve project delivery such as drone laser scanning(LIDAR), Digital Twinning of project compared to base BIM model, AI scheduling analytics ie: ALICE, SPS.
• Use of Quantum Black data analytics to create predictive performance models across various project types not limited to Real Estate, refineries, mining, metro transit.
