Selected Project Experience

Project Description:
Evaluation of the "Order to cash" (OTC) process to identify and quantify sources of revenue leakage that have a negative impact on business profitability. During the project it was necessary to understand and document the as is situation (activities, systems involved, organizational units, KPIs). More than 100 relevant pain points were identified and quantified based on quantitative and qualitative evidence. A detailed implementation plan was developed with 93 initiatives grouped into 12 projects. The economic impact on EBITDA (greater than 20 Mio/year) was quantified. A dashboard was implemented with different families of KPIs. The OTC process is fully cross-functional, affecting the areas of marketing, sales, customer management, operations, systems and finance.
