Personal Profile: 

Peter provides advisory and delivery expertise to clients in programme, project management and PMO. He has operated on consultancy assignments primarily in the finance sector and has delivered multiple core banking implementations, business transformation and separation programmes of varying size and degrees of complexity, from small team assignments to multi-site, multi country, large scale programmes.  Programmes and projects have generally contained a blend of company, client and contract/consultant staff and included a range of different stakeholders, from business heads to board members, where stakeholder management at board/C level has been a key element for success.  Peter has extensive experience of 3rd party software selection, procurement and implementation having worked on both bank side and vendor side. Extensive experience in PRINCE2, PMBOK, Agile and a PRINCE2 Practitioner.

 

In his previous roles he has been responsible for all aspects of programme and project management and accountable for programme delivery.  This has included; vendor & product evaluation, business transformation, change management, migration/cutover, PMO, program definition, scoping, program structure and resources, planning and delivery, testing design and execution, engagement management, client relationship management, commercial management, stakeholder management/customer relationship, risk management, vendor management, financial management and P&L.  He has also supported pre-sales assignments through presentations, RFP’s and project cost and schedule estimates.  Peter has been responsible for staff recruitment, management and development and also implementation partner/vendor selection and management.

Migrating from Accounts module/Lending Module to AA (retail accounts, loan accounts, deposit accounts) and from Funds Transfer module to Temenos Payment Hub.
