• Created a case for change, to install a new Digital Transformation program and organization by convincing the board while charted 330 million investment for alternative 'AI platform' that will disrupt the professional service delivery mechanism, new parallel services market place with a growth projection of 5x over 3 years.
• Created challenger tech platforms to innovate and disrupt around Fintech, RegTech, LawTech, Deal advisory etc. while brought AI, Big Data, ML, RPA, Blockchain, IOT etc. to create MPV for new 'go to' market proposition.
• Drove change through portfolio of program and governance with a new Microservice architecture execution that delivered solution for HSBC, Lloyds TSB, RBS, Tesco, Whitbread, Shell etc. on target to achieve 11% digital revenue growth.
• Drove Cloud and SAAS target state transformation and design governance across all the capabilities for internal and customer facing technologies. On target to give 20% efficiency (1 day) over 3 years.
