I am a strategy consultant, coach, and storyteller who helps governments, investors, and high-growth companies across the MENA region design bold strategies, lead transformations, and build lasting capacity. Over the past 18 years, I’ve worked with institutions such as BCG, Uber Eats, and the MiSK Foundation to deliver sector strategies, public policy reforms, and innovation programs across fintech, education, tourism, and entrepreneurship.
I combine structured strategy execution with coaching and leadership development. As a certified life and Enneagram coach, I guide executives, entrepreneurs, and youth leaders to uncover their own narratives, build resilience, and navigate change. I’ve led nationwide training programs, co-built incubators, and supported leaders through market entry, turnaround, and organizational culture shifts.
Today, I work as an independent advisor—facilitating executive workshops, designing strategies, and helping organizations move from complexity to clarity. I bring both rigor and empathy, balancing analysis with creativity and storytelling.
Beyond my professional life, I am also an endurance athlete and writer. Climbing mountains above 8,000 meters and creating stories for stage and screen have taught me discipline, resilience, and the power of perspective. These experiences continuously shape the way I work—with curiosity, courage, and a belief that real transformation is always both strategic and deeply human.
