 Led a project where I ensured timely commissioning of additional processing capacity at a mine. The project (+150 Mln $) was running late by 6 months and was marred by poor planning and tracking. Worked with 5 main contractors to establish critical paths to project completion, set up daily tracking dashboards for supervisor meetings, coached contractor project management team, set up a project management office and ran it for 2 months to ensure timely delivery.  Led commercial due diligence of waste management company (+500 Mln $ in annual revenue) for a large global infrastructure fund. As part of the project, I developed a detailed model of the demand for waste management services (municipal, commercial, technical) across the value chain (collection, sorting/treatment, disposal/recycling). Also looked at the economics and margins across the value chain and the risks to margins and market share (competitive, regulatory, etc.) for the target.  Led transformation of a major CCaaS (Call Centre as a Service) provider that services major superannuation funds in Australia. Our client was struggling with poor service quality, high attrition, and low morale across the organization. I led the redesign of the contact centre organizational structure including the key ratios (TL: Coach: Agents) and roles of Team Leaders, Coach and Agents leading to better outcomes. Worked with the management, recruiting, HR, Office Services, and Admin teams to redesign an agile, transparent, efficient recruiting and onboarding process for efficiency and experience.  Led overhaul and digitization of Management Operating and reporting systems for a mining client. Hard-wired weekly performance conversations from CEO to the Supervisor levels through the development of Power BI reports that captured key priorities, KPIs and places to capture discussion points (Highlights, Lowlights, Emerging Issues, Priorities, Help Needed) relevant at each level.  European pharmaceutical - advised a large vaccine unit of a large pharmaceutical player to reduce process variability and improve yield by 50%  A large FMCG player in North America – Identified and developed levers to optimize the supply chain of the client’s juice business.  A steel producer in North America – As part of the transformation study helped reduce the energy consumption in milling and firing of pellets  Plant nutrient producer in Latin America – Helped reduce the contamination issues and improved throughput  Base metal producer in the Asia Pacific – As part of the transformation study helped identify and quantify the impact of improvement levers across multiple sites  Gold mine in Africa – Identified low capital expenditure projects that led to the improvement of recovery by 8% despite the low grades and variability  Chemical Plant in the Mediterranean – Identified optimal plant running conditions reducing variability, waste and improving recovery  European electricity generator – looked at gas turbine efficiency and optimal set points for maximizing the efficiency resulting in a huge impact on the plant’s top and bottom line.  Oil refinery in Europe – Looked at hydrocracker to optimize the product portfolio mix towards the high-value products and lower utility usage resulting in significant impact.  A major global public-private partnership forum - Advised on areas to focus on resource productivity opportunities namely food waste, motor systems energy efficiency and industrial and municipal wastewater resource and deep dive for three countries to quantify saving in quantity and dollar value  A coalition of private companies – Advised on an initiative by a coalition of companies’ setup creates a more resilient world economy, less exposed to shocks from the energy-water-food nexus, in which business leadership is trusted to be core to shaping and implementing practical, innovative solutions.
