Developing and delivering on performance recovery plans, by ensuring project portfolio benefits are understood by all stakeholders and delivered utilising all available resources efficiently and effectively.

Managing complex interdependent initiatives within environments of high uncertainty, he combines strategy, portfolio, and change management expertise. He has led PMOs for national and regional organisations with £1bn+ budgets, across public, private and third sector organisations, in the UK and Saudi Arabia.

Saj founded The Oversight Office Ltd to help Executive Managment Teams to deliver value, benefits, and change alongside managing the business as usual. Hands-on, he helps Executive teams to effectively sponsor their programmes, through data driven planning, action-orientated execution and an unwavering focus on financial and non-financial benefits realisation.
