To review the current PMO arrangements in each SEL organisation with a view to standardising and streamlining processes (to support consolidation at System Level for planning and reporting). To build on and support existing transformation workstream activities, increasing the visibility and contribution to financial sustainability of the System (evidence-based, target driven). To establish the potential value of existing workstreams against the expected financial target these need to address.
