Selected Project Experience

Project Description:
The Motilal Oswal Group wanted to acquire multiple Dairy Food companies and turn them around and scale them before selling them at a hefty profit. I helped them identify over 7 targets and also assisted them in initiating discussions with these companies. I also assisted them in understanding the dairy sector, explaining the various aspects of the business i.e. procurement, processing and marketing in detail. I had also helped them connect with other decision makers in the sector which enabled the Motilal Oswal Group gain a strong foothold in this space.

I was Visiting Faculty at Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development. I Taught the final semester MBA classes Strategy and Game Theory. Without knowing what the focus of the exams would be, I developed in the students, a love for the subject.
