My role and experience include start ups, strategy, and implementation, efficiency building, restructuring and process. I have lead teams in developing business cases, conceptualising, and running pilots for Proof of Concept before rolling them out to service lines, in areas like HR, finance, payroll, IT, procurement & travel desk, secretarial services, etc. In the shared service centre of Ernst & Young and in my current assignment, I was tasked with management reviews of all teams and continuous improvement and moving up the value chain in different processes including LPO, KPO and BPO services. In addition, I have worked on a number of special projects that required creative thinking and strong organisation skills. My international exposure (Zambia, USA, India, Singapore), both in education and work, has given me an open mind and made me versatile and self-confident in my abilities and in my interaction with others. I have also made presentations in seminars and conferences in Singapore, Australia and India.
