Platforms and technology include: cloud platforms like OCI & AWS, Low code, Automations, Database, Datawarehouse, SAP, Oracle Fusion, Middleware and BI
2. Management consulting: Been a consultant internally and externally, focused on 3 major areas: a. Organization structures and rationalization b. Employee engagement and Enterprise performance c. M&A – Valuations and Integrations
3. Sales enablement: Anchored responsibilities covering - Solutioning, Positioning, Land and expand, customer engagement and Operations at SAP, Oracle and Deloitte.
4. Business head: Have set up and run services and global centers a. Established and operated shared services center covering Contract to Quote, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Recruitment, HR, Sales operations and Accounting functions b. Built and run managed services centers that delivered efficient and reliable services to global customers delivering SLAs and Continuous improvement c. Have established and run consulting services business with revenue of USD 250M
5. Coach & Mentor: As ICF trained coach, have been actively involved in coaching next line managers and Startups. Have worked with more than 20 leaders so far, a very fulfilling journey
