To execute this transformation, we need people within our Change Management Center of Expertise (CoE) who will develop and deploy Change Management expertise to support Tribe and Squad objectives and outcomes.

The Change & Comms Lead brings Change Management knowledge and expertise and experience collaborating with delivery teams. You will work with a team of highly specialized experts deployed to Squads to support the delivery of BCG’s Digital Collaboration products. You will partner with other Change Managers in the Change Management CoE to identify, leverage and contribute to best practices and lessons learned. You will coach

Basic job responsibilities include: Develop and deliver the Agile Change Management Approaches for Digital Collaboration products, focused on embedding the products into the business and realizing business benefits. Conduct Stakeholder Assessments, identifying key stakeholders and areas of focus; develop Stakeholder Engagement Plans to address and mitigate risks. Conduct Change Impact Assessments, identifying risks to delivery/adoption; articulate practical and actionable mitigation activities. Develop and deliver both tactical and strategic Communication Plans, aligned to the overall Change Management Approach and designed to support the adoption of Digital Collab products Write, review and send both tactical and strategic communications Develop and deliver Training & Enablement Approaches, aligned to overall Change Management Approach and designed to support the adoption of Digital Collab products Coach / train on Digital Collaboration products, both to consulting and business services staff (including, but not limited to Slack, Trello, OneDrive/SharePoint Online, OneNote, Office for Mobile and other future tools which could be part of the BCG digital teaming suite) Develop and continuously update coaching methodologies and guides; working closely with other coaches and relevant departments in BCG where overlaps and synergies are present Identify, baseline and track Change Management KPIs and metrics Act as advisor to Product Owners to identify change impacts and advise on necessary mitigation steps Deeply engage with product squad to understand the 3-6 month roadmap. Proactively identify and clearly articulate upcoming change and marketing priorities to support the roadmap. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, designers and vendors to facilitate change activities Please bear in mind that this is a temporary role. YOU'RE GOOD AT

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

4-6 years of experience in consulting and/or internal, technology-driven Change Management role Change Management Professional certification a plus Experience operating in an Agile operating model preferred Internal BCG candidate preferred due to existing relationship with culture Excellent verbal and written communication. Fluency in English (writing, reading, speaking) University degree with demonstrated high academic achievement

YOU'LL WORK WITH

The Digital Collaboration Change & Comms Chapter drives adoption and utilization of digital tools across the Digital Collaboration portfolio of products including Zoom, Slack, Trello, and MS Teams. The team proactively engages end users through direct communications, marketing and change management activities. They also drive the enablement agenda via training approaches and coaching. The team provides end-to-end product marketing, change management, communications and enablement support to the tribe leaders and product owners—from strategy development to detailed planning and execution.
