Businesses that partner with Google come in all shapes, sizes and market caps, and no one Google advertising solution works for all. Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing businesses grow. Using your relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis.

You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

As an Accelerated Growth Consultant, you'll establish key strategic relationships and consult with companies within the Israeli ecosystem. You'll provide excellent service to clients and research and market analysis which will enable these companies to succeed in their markets.

You will strive to persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's high-potential clients, developing an understanding of how our range of solutions can grow their business. You'll define the client's vision, broadening the scope of what they can achieve. You'll develop and implement transformational digital growth strategies to take their businesses to the next level.

Our teams of strategists, analysts, advisers and support specialists collaborate closely to spot and analyze customer needs and trends. In collaboration, we create and implement business plans broadly for all types of businesses.


  • Build and manage a pipeline through proactive identification of high-potential business in addition to close partnership with our Marketing teams.
  • Consult with C-level clients to achieve national and international online marketing and business goals through utilizing the full suite of Google’s Customer Solutions.
  • Design effective marketing strategies using expert product knowledge to drive long-term success for our customers.
  • Convert new business to consistently deliver against quarterly goals, while prioritizing and delivering an outstanding experience to Google's advertisers within EMEA.


Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience working in a sales environment.
  • Ability to speak and write in English and Hebrew fluently.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience on-boarding customers, directly driving business growth, and building and maintaining a sales pipeline.
  • Experience in stakeholder and client management.

  • Experience with exceeding sales goals.

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to present comprehensive advertising solutions in front of C-level clients.
