Qualifications
3 - 4.5 years of experience in consulting, FMCG, or any relevant industry.
Experience in Project Management, Policy & Procedure Development, Strategy Development, or Organizational Excellence.
Fluent in both Arabic and English (orally and written).
Responsibilities
Research, Gather & Document Data using several methods to conduct research activities.
Identify issues, formulate, and test hypotheses.
Organize & analyze data and translate it into meaningful insights.
Develop presentations on findings and insights.
Present findings to team members and clients.
Conduct & document meetings, interviews with clients.
Contribute to the creation of deliverables.
Lead the day-to-day execution of a client project and assist in practice and solution development. Contribute to the creation of deliverables.
Manage client relationships on projects and ensure positive impact and sustainable results.
Assess the depth required, translate the analysis into useful findings and quality assure the results.
Take ownership of the overall project and delivery as per commitments to the client.
