Practice Area Profile

The Operations Practice (OPS) Area is one of BCG's largest functional practices. We help our clients to create competitive advantage by enhancing their performance and building strategic capabilities. BCG's expertise in Operations covers the following areas - supply chain management, procurement, manufacturing, service operations, cost efficiency, operational transformation, research & product development, program, and project management, all with a strong digital and analytics overlay.

What You'll Do

BCG is looking for Experienced Professionals to join our Spanish team in Madrid or Barcelona offices. As a member of BCG's Operations Practice Area and our consulting team, you’ll work alongside some of the world’s top minds on cases that reshape business, government, and society.

We are looking for people with passion for Operations Practice and interest to grow for expert role within Procurement topics. We seek individuals who have excelled in their previous roles and are looking for a new challenge.

What You'll Bring (Experience & Qualifications)

• 4-8 years of experience, including minimum of 1 year of consulting experience required

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders while working in a global collaborative team environment

• A strong consulting skillset or adaptability to learn: creative and hypothesis-led problem solving, framing and communicating complex ideas, thinking strategically, excellent numerical skills

• Willingness to grow within Operation Practice Area focusing on procurement topics

• Experience in operations space and procurement preferred

• Bachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred)

• Fluency in Spanish and English
