Job description The Growth & Innovation practice at Sia Partners UK works with FTSE100, Fortune 500 and European equivalent companies to help them develop, create and deliver exciting new businesses that can generate significant revenues and tap new markets. In the past ten years, we have built over 100 new ventures and businesses in telecoms, media and technology, utilities, consumer goods, manufacturing, industrial, defence, pharma, financial services and retail.

We help our clients develop and deliver new customer propositions and ventures that gain early momentum, rapid market traction and drive new revenues. Starting with just a theme or an idea, we help our clients through each stage of the process – including market analysis, idea generation, proposition development, business cases, proof of concepts and launch to market.

The team is made up of corporate entrepreneurs; each of us has a strong mix of corporate, consulting and entrepreneurial experience and a significant track record in successful new business launches for blue chip companies.

As part of our Growth & Innovation work, we have established Sia Partners’ Quantum Lab to support our clients with the adoption and commercialisation of this technology.

As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for…

Delivery (75% of effort)

Primarily leading the delivery of projects, including owning the structure of the final deliverable and client engagements. Ensuring the right challenge and interventions are made at the appropriate time to ensure project team and client is given the right direction Potentially working across several projects at once in the UK&I and, if required, supporting overseas engagements Business development (20% of effort)

Driving the onsell of existing projects and managing accounts to open them up for further G&I and wider UK practice opportunities Development of new offers combining G&I and other Sia Partners Group wider capabilities to open up new accounts and new opportunities Identification of cross-sell opportunities for wider Group capabilities, particularly across digital transformation, SiaXperience and data science. Leading business development activities, working across the team to develop proposals for practice-related opportunities Identifying opportunities for Sia Partners to engage new clients Building and maintaining your own external professional peer networks, and internal network within Sia Partners Supporting marketing campaigns and overall external positioning of Sia Partners across social networks Building the team (5% of effort)

Coaching and providing constructive feedback to others on the team to help them develop Facilitating own learning and specialist subject matter knowledge whilst supporting Senior Consultants to further develop their knowledge and consulting skills within the practice Working closely with other teams within Sia Partners to share information and new methodologies Helping to develop the team’s strategy and internal processes, in collaboration with Management Who we are looking for

Strong academics and being multi lingual is an ideal requirement.
