Job description Our Financial Services practice works collaboratively with investment and retail banks, insurers and asset managers, as well as other financial services institutions (e.g. trading firms, fintechs). We help to design, implement and manage solutions for our clients focused on our core offerings:

Change management Operational efficiency Finance transformation Digital transformation Data strategy Financial Crime Risk & Regulation Complemented by the Sia Partners Consulting 4.0 ecosystem, we are able to offer enhanced consulting capabilities to deliver optimal results for our clients in large-scale programmes and strategic initiatives.

As a Manager, you will be responsible for…

Client delivery - 70%

Delivering change, designing and implementing operating models covering org structure, reporting, controls and data Delivering high quality work with limited oversight, leading work-streams or small projects and working with cross functional teams across Sia and client teams Supporting the delivery of projects, potentially working across several clients in the UK and, if required, support overseas engagements; Business development - 10%

Supporting the development of content and pitches for practice-related opportunities and proposals; Developing your own peer network to identify future opportunities Building Sia Partners’ offering - 10%

Actively contributing to the development of Sia Partners 'assets' and IP Assisting in marketing campaigns and overall external positioning of Sia Partners & our practice across social networks; Contributing to thought leadership, working on blogs and the development of Sia Partners ‘assets’ including methodology and tools; Building the people - 10%

Developing the financial services team through mentoring Bridging connections across different teams and geographies to share knowledge across Sia Partners

Qualifications What skills and experience are we looking for?

6 to 8+ years' total experience experience across consulting and financial services institutions Consulting experience from a recognised, top-tier consulting firm in the financial services industry. Experience in both short and long term transformation programmes Experience in one or more of the following areas: Investment banking Retail banking Insurance Asset Management Excellent written and verbal communications skills Excellent project management, interpersonal and teamwork skills Strong data analysis skills

What academic qualifications do you need?

Bachelor’s Degree (2:1) or international equivalent Professional qualifications (ie CIMA or ACA) or Masters are preferred but not essential
