We are now looking for Managers & Senior Managers to join our London office. We hire professionals from a variety of different backgrounds – what you bring with you enables you to thrive and helps us to continue to grow. At this level, it is usual to have some consulting experience, but we are open to considering those who have stepped into industry and are looking to move back into consulting.

The role and its impact: New experienced hires will be involved in all phases of project work once they are up to speed on our way of working.

We will do our best to help you in finding the right balance between delivering challenging projects and developing your go-to tools and expertise.

As you get more experienced you will notice that the focus of your work is changing, with more focus on management tasks such as managing a team or maintaining customer relationships. Over time you will also be increasingly involved in business development as you move forward on your journey towards partnership.

We have adopted hybrid working, and you can expect to mix your work location between our London office and the option to home work for an element of your time.

What you bring:

- 4+ years of work experience in consulting, or a project focused industry role aligned with our core competency areas (Pricing, Marketing, Sales and Strategy) alongside consulting experience earlier in your career

- A passion for commercial issues and value creation, alongside experience of formulating real-world recommendations

- Exceptional project management skills and motivation to build high performing teams, coaching less experienced colleagues

- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

- Outstanding communication skills, able to take complex ideas and make them simple and compelling

- Entrepreneurial, curious and with a great drive

- A strong desire to work in a fast paced commercially agile environment
