DescriptionWe are seeking a Sales Enablement Program Manager for a new project that is fundamental to Amazon’s future. We will tackle some of the world’s most intriguing problems involving software architecture design, customer experience, and business strategy.

This role will work closely with Sales and Go to Market teams to identify and implement programs that drive productivity and success. You must be comfortable working on multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and should both exemplify and foster Learn and Be Curious in others. You must be self-driven with a high degree of ownership, have strong business acumen, excellent communication/influencing skills, and planning/project management skills.

Job responsibilities

•Develop and lead the cadence of Operational Sales reporting mechanisms (WBRs, MBRs, QBRs)
•Provide monthly insights that identify the top productivity blockers that prevent sales from Delivering Results
•Create scalable programs, tools, and resources that help Sales Reps resolve these challenges
•Design and implement metrics to measure the impact, effectiveness, and utility of enablement programs
•Measure and report on the effectiveness of sales enablement investments
•Coordinate with cross functional teams and deliver regular team productivity and enablement sessions
•Identify the relevant sales process improvement and suggest the relevant learning curricula to enable continuous learning.
•Collaborate with Sales Technology and Analytics team to translate any business improvement requirement to a system solution.
Basic Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 3+ years of working with a B2B Sales organization
• 5+ years of Program Management experience
• Experience with scoping and defining requirements for sales improvement projects.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams and managing internal stakeholders
• Demonstrated experience training and mentoring peers or direct reports
• Experience with Salesforce.com (creating and modifying dashboards, ticketing, etc.)
• Experience developing content for a Sales audience
• Comfortable delivering enablement content in live and asynchronous environments
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications• 7+ years of strategy experience focused on sales strategy, business strategy, corporate strategy or GTM management consulting with a top tier firm
• MBA or other relevant advance degree
• Strong understanding of B2B sales environment to include sales organizational structures, indirect channel, sales systems, and industry data used in developing go-to-market strategies
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences
• Highly organized, have multi-tasking skills, and efficient in ambiguous situations
• Detail-oriented with the ability to see the bigger picture and prioritize for the long-term
