Job Description 2023 – Associate – Leadership, Change & Organization Practice

Who we are

As a global consulting partnership in more than 40 countries, our people make us who we are. We’re individuals with different passions and strengths who take as much joy in the work we do as from those we work with. Over the years we’ve fostered a culture in which we are united by shared values—passion, solidarity, generosity, curiosity, and boldness—and these come alive in the work we do and how we do it.

Together, we know our people are our difference—for our clients, our colleagues, and our communities. That’s why we take pride in being individual and inclusive and create a place where everyone can bring their full self to work.

The Leadership, Change and Organization (LCO) Practice deals with a vast number of topics ranging from the structure of the organization, the processes it runs, up to how the company engages its people. With regards to processes, the LCO Practice focusses on G&A processes like Finance, Accounting and Human Resources

The LCO practice believes in people and in how people make organizations successful. We distinguish ourselves by focusing only on the changes that add value when redesigning operating models, ensuring that structure and governance, systems and people, processes and capabilities are aligned and mutually reinforcing.

The practice strongly collaborates with all industry practices to incorporate our leading-edge functional expertise into our ~200 projects each year, serving the world's leading companies and smaller competitors.
