KPMG is currently seeking a Director, Global Business Operations Service Center to join our Global Business Operations organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate and maintain excellent relationship with key stakeholders especially across member firms and central risk management functions (such as Global member firm Independence groups, OGC, Ethics & Compliance)
  • Deliver day-to-day operational excellence
  • Participate in and lead efforts for the Service Center to delivery on broader KPMGI, GQ&RM and GBO goals, always seeking opportunities to do things better
  • Design and build Employer-of-Choice organization; foster sense of belonging and engender high morale; be a team builder
  • Understand KPMG's functions, service lines and/or industries, staying informed on trends and issues that impact GBO, able to provide guidance to member firm Risk Management and Engagement teams
  • Work with leadership to set strategic direction and develop budgets
Qualifications:
  • Minimum fifteen years of experience in leading application desktop support and/or call centers, with seven years of managing multiple teams dedicated to customer support
  • Minimum two years of management consulting experience and/or other client facing experience in a professional services firm (Audit) is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
  • Experience managing multiple teams of over thirty people
  • Experience with Operational excellence in Service Delivery and Customer Service using industry leading ticketing systems (for example ServiceNow) and applying business help desk support industry best practices; worked through and resolved operational issues
  • People and process orientated, collaborative, inquiring, strategic, accountable, analytical mindset

New York City Salary Range: Low: $171600 - High: $328900
