Whether you're on a consumer product (like Gmail, Search, Maps, Chrome, Android) or a business product (Google Ads, AdSense, Google Marketing Platform, Analytics), you take part in a complete marketing experience as you lead every facet of the product's journey. From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the voice of the product and help it grow a consumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across Sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more. In this role, you'll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.



Advertiser Campaign Operations (ACO) enables and guides marketers to deliver meaningful customer interactions by improving messaging infrastructure, intelligence, and operations to help advertisers succeed with Google Ads.



As the Product Marketing Manager, Marketing Automation, Scaled Communications, you will be responsible for liaising with various marketing teams to build and lead the strategic development of Small and Medium Businesses (SMB) Scaled Communications Programs.



By building cross-functional partnerships with marketing teams, vendor partners, and Analytics teams, you will execute campaigns and optimize existing processes.

Responsibilities


  • Lead the strategic development of the regulatory advocacy program for SMB advertisers and users.
  • Drive scaled campaign planning, execution, and measurement with cross-functional teams.
  • Work with marketing and analytics teams to establish best practices for campaign execution and optimize existing processes.
  • Manage campaign development workflows and cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
  • Test, iterate, and scale advocacy program.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 5 years of experience working in operations, strategy consulting, or campaign operations
  • Experience in marketing automation/email marketing, including Analytics and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools


Preferred qualifications:


  • Experience with sales automation tools
  • Experience with email variant testing
  • Knowledge in marketing automation technology and the online advertising industry
  • Familiarity with marketing automation technology and the online advertising industry
  • Ability to be curious, creative, and passionate for surfacing performance opportunities for advertisers at scale
  • Excellent project management and communication skills
