Within management consulting, the candidate will bring knowledge and experience related to applying frameworks, methods, tools, and techniques to help address client issues. In addition, the candidate should demonstrate the ability to independently manage assigned tasks and activities; winning candidates will demonstrate an ability to participate in client sessions, document challenges, contribute to solutioning, and help implement change. Finally, Sia consultants possess a strong work ethic, adaptability, an analytical mind, exhibit intellectual curiosity, and possess a willingness to build domain knowledge.

Responsibilities

Support client work as part of an on-site or remote team Contribute to the development of high-quality, timely client deliverables Prepare for and facilitate successful client and internal meetings Collaborate with internal and external teams to both give and receive knowledge Apply standard project delivery principles and practices to client work Help drive status reports, dependencies, issues, risks, and overall program health Perform market research, business analysis; build executive presentations Assist in the coordination and development of client proposals Learn and apply subject matter expertise from a domain, product, functional, or technical perspective Support internal initiatives, thought leadership, and people development Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required in business or related field 3+ years of management consulting experience FS background preferred but not required Moderate knowledge and skill in consumer banking products and services Trained to moderate knowledge and skill in project management Experience supporting client interview sessions - taking accurate notes, providing meeting minutes, scheduling client meetings, etc. Experience supporting the construction of executive presentations Proven communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Act as a supportive team player who actively develops relationships and is eager to share knowledge with colleagues and our clients Flexibility in approach and a willingness to adapt quickly and take initiative when working in unstructured environments with limited supervision An ability to transform your domain knowledge and project experiences into published content for Sia Partners Insights Additional information Compensation & Benefits

Hybrid Workplace Guidelines

Sia Partners maintains its hybrid workplace arrangements and provides a flexible workplace environment that is driven by client and business/market needs. While our firm does support hybrid work, there are times that we may require our consultants to work onsite at one of our Sia offices or a client office full-time. Consultants are expected to have the ability to be flexible with work location depending upon business needs. When in-between client engagements, Consultants typically work onsite at a local Sia office 2+ times per week.
