Job Description Management Consulting Senior Manager (Accenture LLP; Chicago, IL): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Management Consulting Senior Manager in Chicago, IL, and the job duties are as follows:

Analyze client's specific needs/requests and recommend appropriate solutions to drive revenue growth in accounts within the Health Industry. Lead cross functional client teams to create engaging solutions leveraging Accenture’s methods, tools, and assets to design and deliver outcomes. Manage scope, risks and issues, and client escalations, responding quickly to client concerns, and communicate with company executives as appropriate. Effectively facilitate client and internal team meetings. Coach and manage team members. Collaborate on strategic direction of the Health Practice. Contribute to a team-oriented environment, including demonstrating leadership and collaboration in a professional setting.

Qualifications BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Organizational Leadership, Human Resources, Health Administration, or related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in strategy consulting.

Must have 4 years of experience in each of the following:

Working with clients in the Health Industry or Marketplace; Building growing account relationships and client portfolios; and Working with senior executives at client organizations to drive key people, business, or culture initiatives. Must have 3 years of experience in each of the following:

Conducting Solution Selling; Designing Strategy Activation deliverables, including workshops, leadership alignment, visualization, and dialogue-based activities; and Managing multiple client projects or engagements simultaneously. Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 50% of the time to meet client needs.
