Who you are

Insightful, inquisitive, collaborative

Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Have experience working in or alongside clients in Hi-Tech, including consumer electronics, hi-performance computing, networking, IoT hardware, semiconductors and startups

Have functional expertise in one of the following:

Device supply chain and go-to-market

Electrical engineering

Operating models

Product development

Digital transformations

Are located near or willing to relocate to one of our U.S. offices or Toronto

Fluent in English

Role-specific requirements:

Manager:

MBA degree preferred with 8+ years of professional experience

Experience working as a Management Consultant required

Experience managing proposal writing efforts; participating in pitches for consulting work; developing new business within existing accounts through client relationships

Passion for leading teams and mentoring colleagues

Have managed at least one major workstream of the business design and/or implementation oversight
