You should demonstrate superior results within consumer mortgage including the various products, channels, services, operations, and technical platforms. We’re looking for expertise in marketing, originations, underwriting, funding, and servicing with additional interest in specialty services such as tax, bankruptcy, default, and foreclosure. In addition, we seek candidates with knowledge and experience related to emerging trends in lead generation, blockchain, fraud, and other functional components of the U.S. housing finance ecosystem. Related, the candidate should demonstrate the ability to successfully lead teams to complete assigned project deliverables on-time, on-budget, and with high quality. Finally, Sia employees possess a strong work ethic, adaptability, intellectual curiosity, and a willingness to build domain knowledge – and we like to have fun!


Help contribute and support Sia’s growing U.S. Consumer Mortgage practice Perform market research, business analysis, and contribute to thought leadership Lead and contribute to the development of high-quality, timely client deliverables Prepare for and facilitate successful client and internal meetings Collaborate with internal and external teams to both give and receive knowledge Help lead the development, coordination, and delivery of client proposals Sustain and exceed client billability, sales generation, and internal chargeability metrics Support internal initiatives, thought leadership, and people development Be a great teammate Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required in business or related field 4+ years of management consulting experience 3+ years of consumer mortgage experience Financial services background preferred Skilled in management consulting frameworks, methods, and tools An ability to transform domain knowledge and project experiences into published content Proven communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills A willingness to adapt and remain flexible A leader with diverse ideas and life goals; a sense of purpose beyond oneself Additional information Compensation & Benefits

New York compensation for this role is between $128,000 to $180,000.

Hybrid Workplace Guidelines

Sia Partners maintains its hybrid workplace arrangements and provides a flexible workplace environment that is driven by client and business/market needs. While our firm does support hybrid work, there are times that we may require our consultants to work onsite at one of our Sia offices or a client office full-time. Consultants are expected to have the ability to be flexible with work location depending upon business needs. When in-between client engagements, Consultants typically work onsite at a local Sia office 2+ times per week.
